The Itouch is great, it light weight, user friendly, tons of applications, i was able to download all my music in my computer and the internet is quite fast! The only 2 downsides is i wish the battery lasted longer and it was more durable.

On the surface the Ipod Touch seems great but in order to use it, you have to install and use Itunes for the interface between your computer and the Ipod Touch. Using Itunes is one of the most iritating software applications that I have ever used. Trying to add WMV video files was an exercise in pure frustration. Never in my life have I spent so many hours searching there support and watching how-to videos, only to find that there instructions are incomplete and don’t work. Finally I got out of there support and searched the web (googled) for answers. It turns out you have to buy 3rd party converters, add your converted file to Itunes then convert it again in Itunes. 2 years ago I bought an inexpensive multi media player by Creative and in 10 minutes I was ripping cds and exporting videos to it. Untill Apple improves there support and Itunes do yourself a favor and buy something else.
